Benefits of liquid resins , unlike traditional roofing systems which are reliant on heat. Liquid resins are cold applied reducing safety risks and insurance costs. Liquid resins are completely seamless and is ideally suited to detailed work or hard to reach areas.
We can incorporate anti-slip for walkways or decorative finishes for balcony's.
Overlay Systems
Liquid applied can generally be applied to most sub rates ie single ply,felt,lead, asphalt, sheeting etc making it ideal for refurbishment work giving a completely water tight roof with out the need for stripping the existing deck , allowing the work to be carried out whilst the building is still occupied, it is also possible to install insulation with minimum fuss , so if you have an existing problem we are sure we have the solution.
Lead and Copper Effects
Can be created using preformed GRP mop rolls or seams resin would then be coloured to match colours creating a vandal proof roofing system with an attractive finish.
